📍 Shipping Zones and Flat Rates

We currently ship to the following countries with flat-rate pricing :

Canada : 10$ CAN shipped in 4-8 business days

United States : 15$ CAN shipped in 4-8 business days

International : 25$ CAN shipping will vary depending on the country

🌍 International Shipping Availability

At this time, we only ship internationally to select countries: 

• Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

If your country is not available at checkout, feel free to contact us to inquire about a possible custom shipping arrangement.

⏳ Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

❗️Duties and Tariffs

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs, duties, or import taxes. These charges are not included in the shipping rate.

📩 Returns, refunds and exchanges

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. If all return policies are respected, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
